A commemoration of the life and visionary ideals of Martin Luther King, Jr., on the fiftieth anniversary of his final speech, "I've Been to the Mountaintop," in Memphis, Tennessee. Join us for the premier of the documentary film, "I am MLK Jr.," freedom song performances by the Kim Nalley Band and Passages Singers, and a performance of the Mountaintop Speech by Stephon Ferguson. Introductory remarks by Stanford's Martin Luther King, Jr. Research and Education Institute Director, Professor Clayborne Carson.
